I’m a fully insured, ACPAT qualified and experienced equine physio treating horses in and around North Yorkshire from my base in Darlington. I have over 10 years experience as a physio treating horses and can treat a wide range of muscoskeletal issues as well as supporting recovery from injury and surgery. I also treat horses and ponies on an ongoing basis to ensure they are pain-free, retain full range of motion and can achieve their true potential.

I treat all equines, from sports horses competing at the highest level to children’s ponies and happy hackers and offer a wide range of complementary therapies alongside physical manipulation. I pride myself on working as part of your team alongside your vet, farrier and trainers.

Physiotherapy is a profession not just a single technique. As physiotherapists we assess the patient and select the best techniques in our toolbox to gain the best outcome.

Physiotherapy treatment manipulates and mobilises joints and soft tissue and is used alongside prescribed exercise regimes and electrotherapies such as ultrasound and laser therapy. I am ACPAT qualified and insured as well as RAMP certified and spent 4 years as the official team physio for the British International Endurance Squad. I travelled across the country at team training events and attended WEG in Normandy, World Championships in Slovakia and Brussels twice for the test event then the European Championships.
